I Love VoiceBot! :D

However, for some reason, my local changes to profiles are being overwritten by the profile sync feature.

If I update my macro-script, apply it, and OK to store it, the BF sync happens, and it does a download vs an upload, and the changes I've made are reverted back to the older version.

This is great as a recovery method, but it is not confirming the direction the sync should go, nor defaulting to my local changes being the master.

I've confirmed this behavior a number of times, altering how I updated the macro to entice it to be master, but I've not found the correct flow to achieve this.

Actually, having tried to add a new macroscript after "logging out" of BF, results in the macro either, not being saved (with no errors to indicate as much) or, the macro saving, but somehow failing to load into the profile... . :o

Is this a bug, or am I missing something in the process? :-[

Thanks

I got it save by creating a new macro, and saving just the default template, then going back in and editing it.
Can't say why it started doing that, but I also has closed the app completely and reloaded it, so it may have been a fluke issue.

The profile in question only had 55 macros, when I have some with 3x as many, so I don't it was size exactly,

Anyway, if anyone else has that issue, hopefully what gets me by will work for them as well.

Thanks for the follow-up, glad to hear it's working now! We weren't able to reproduce it here either. The only guess we had is if maybe the time on your machine was out of sync, it could have thought the profiles on your computer were older than the ones on the server.

Please let us know if you do run into any more trouble!
