There isn't currently a way to copy commands between Profiles, but that's a great idea. We've added it to our feature request list

In the meantime, if it's a new Profile that you're creating, you can select the Profile in the Settings window, then click Copy to copy the whole thing to a new Profile, and then just delete the commands that you don't want.
