Hi, just a quick question. Why is the Dropdown menue for Voice Device not available for me. My Headset is Sennheiser GSP 350.

The microphone and earphones are recognized by Windows as separate devices. But in Voicebot I can not select the devices.

That would be important, because if I watch TV or a movie on the PC with my headset, then Voicebot does not always hear me, only when I reduce the volume hears me Voicebot.

In games that happens sometimes, but not often. It seems that Voicebot does not know what my communication device is, although everything is assigned correctly in Windows Sound Management.

Could you send me a screenshot of the "Input Devices" section on the Windows Sound Settings > Manage sound devices screen?

First screen are the standard devices of microphone and earphones. Second screen is my record device, so my microphone. Third screen is voicebot with grey dropdown menue.

Ok, thanks! That drop-down in VoiceBot uses the list on the "Recording" tab in the sound settings. If there's only one device then the drop-down is disabled.
