Hi,
I bought voicebot yesterday and I wanted to enable two factor authentication. However, something keeps going wrong. I scan the QR code, a number code is generated, but every time I try to enter it, it tells me that and I quote: The authenticator code appears to be invalid, please try again. end quote
So... I first tried using google authenticator but that didn't work. I then thought that perhaps it was the wrong authenticator I was using, so I checked on my android phone and I found what I thought was the right app -> TOTP authenticator.
Am I using the right authenticator? What exactly am I missing here?

That's really strange! I've just re-tested Google Authenticator here and didn't run into any issues. Is the date and time correct on your phone?

Yes, syncing time is the first thing I tried. I'm going to try again now. I will update it if it works or not.
edit: I did enable 2FA by sms, and it appears I can't do both. Is that right?

Ah yep, that's correct. Our system currently only supports one or the other.

Well, I suppose It'll have to do. I will try the other way at a later date. Not going to try and undo it to try the other method since I've got this one working. Better not to risk it.
