You can actually do this, by adding a "Play Sound" action to the Macro in the profile. However, that means adding that action to every Macro in every profile.

I will add a feature request to our list for an option that would just play a confirmation sound for any Macro that runs.

Just a quick update to let you know that VoiceBot 3.6 Beta 2 now has options on the Settings > Configuration tab for playing TTS or audio files when processing commands.
