This is the command I wish to create Right WinKey +R, how do I do this. Also can link a command to a joystick button.

Are you looking to send a key combination of "Right Win + R" with a command, or are you wanting to use that combination as a hotkey?
We don't support support controller input as well, only keyboard/mouse.
