Hello, I am currently using the Trial Version of the Voicebot. I've created my first Profile which works fine. Then, after creating 2nd one, I encounter following: after restarting Voicebot, the name of profile is there, all macros are gone, so I am sitting over a blank profile. Am I doing anything wrong or is it simply the matter of the trial licence?

Thanks! We've restored your settings here and were able to create additional profiles without issues. If you delete your profiles, restart, then create them again, do you still run into this issue?
