Voice not detected when I test a command

When i test a command by pressing the test button and then i speak, nothing happens and the voicebot logo remains orange.
It also doesn't activate any of my voice commands. I have voice regignition set up with windows, and i know that my mic is working.

Hi Joe,

In the Windows Settings > Privacy > Microphone, is VoiceBot listed there? If so, make sure that's set to "On". Also make sure that the "Allow desktop apps to access your microphone" option in that panel is set to "On".
