Hi !!!
My problem is basically that I speak to the Voicebot with the orders that I configured in the profile and it throws 00, cero, or 000.
I don't know what more information to give you; ou will already tell me.
Thanks for your help.

I don't really think it will pick up numbers like that. Can you try changing them to "zero zero" instead of "00"?

I try to explain it better:
I do not have any instruction "00" or "zero zero".
For example, I say the "bajarmarcha" command and VoiceBot shows those "00".

Ah ok. What kind of microphone do you have?

I have the VoiceBot installed on two computers. In one it works and in the other it does not work.
In both I use the headset microphone "Logitech G430 Gaming Headset".
In the computer that does work is a desktop PC and in which it does not work is a laptop.
Is that G430 a USB headset? I noticed in your screenshot that it's showing "Conexant SmartAudio" as the selected mic, not the G430. Just wondering if maybe it's not detecting the G430 and is falling back to the laptop's built-in mic?

The G430 has USB connection, effectively. I've tried with the laptop's microphone too, but it's the same. Possibly I made the screenshot when I did not have the G430 headphones connected. If necessary I can make a new capture with the G430 and upload it.
No, that's ok, just check when you plug the G430 into the laptop that it actually shows that it's selected on the top-right of the VoiceBot window.
Are you testing with the same VoiceBot Profile on both computers as well?

Yes, Ok. The microphone appears in the top-right of VoiceBot. I use seven different profiles with VoiceBot. But those seven profiles are always the same in the two computers. How it works on the PC, if I make any changes to a profile, then I export it to a pendrive and that created file is imported into the laptop.
This problem with the "00" is given with all the profiles that I have in the laptop.
Could you export the settings (Settings > Options > Export) from both computers and attach them so that I can compare them?

Right now I'm with the laptop. I'm going to be out of my house all October. I can send you the settings of this laptop. The PC computer would send it in November, when I return to my home.
Sure yep! Just send the laptop settings for now and I'll see if I can spot anything obvious.

I attached the .reg file

Last night, while I was sleeping, I noticed something, Keith. I don't know if it will influence or not.
First I installed the VoiceBot on my PC computer. I configured it to my liking, and how I was doing very well with this great software was when I decided to install it also on my laptop. But to speed up the configuration process on my laptop, what I did was create a .reg file on the PC, copy it to a pendrive and then run it on my laptop (thinking that it only incorporated VoiceBot data). Now I ask myself if they also save in that .reg file, data about the originating computer (where the first VoiceBot is installed) and that this could be the problem. But I do not know...
You'll tell me, Keith.
In theory that shouldn't be a problem, but it's a good avenue to investigate. Could you try uninstalling and re-installing VoiceBot on the laptop, and then setup one profile manually to see if that makes any difference?

I have uninstalled VoiceBot from the laptop, I have deleted any reference to VoiceBot from the hard disk and from the "Windows 10" registry. I have reinstalled it, I have created a new profile manually, but the problem persists.
On my PC I had a different problem with VoiceBot and looking on the Internet I found a person who, at that time, was the same as me. And that problem was caused by the "Realtek nahimic" software.
I do not know if the problem I have in my laptop may also be caused by other audio software. And the point is that I do not know how to see the audio software that my laptop may have installed.
It doesn't sound like those other issues, but you could check the Add/Remove Programs list (or just the "Apps" section in the Windows 10 settings) to see if Nahimic or Sonic Studio are installed.

I've already done this check and none of them is installed.

Ok, I've already done it. The time is between 22:45 and 22:46.

Thanks! From the log it still looks like VoiceBot is using the laptop's mic and not the Logitech headset. What does it show on the upper right corner of the VoiceBot window for the selected mic?

It's true! Sorry, I didn't change the mic in VoiceBot. I'll try it again and send it to you. The time is 16:37
As you can see, some commands work but most don't work.

Ok, thanks for doing that! I can see the Logitech mic in the log now. Have you already tried doing the speech recognition training in the Windows speech control panel? Sometimes it can help if the speech engine has an issue getting audio properly from the mic for some reason.

Keith, you gave in the core of the problem. I remembered that, at the time, I made the speech recognition but with a desktop mic (Trust Starzz). The VoiceBot is already working correctly.
Thanks for your help and for solving the problem.
A greeting.
