When used with Google Japanese Input, it will periodically stop recognizing voice input to VoiceBot.

I have already read through the following in the FAQ
"VoiceBot Hangs and Does Not Respond to Commands".

Uninstalling Google Japanese Input would be quite inconvenient and I would like to avoid that.

We weren't able to reproduce this issue here. Is there any chance you could attach a video of the issue?
