Why not add Microsoft Speech Platform SDK? This would solve the problem using on Windows Server and will make it possible to use many other languages for recognition. Yes, this will require some additional actions from the user, but nothing difficult.
Unfortunately this would require switching to a new speech engine that is much harder for most people to setup and use. Can I ask what you're using VoiceBot for on Windows Server, just out of curiosity? Thanks!
